To use these maps, just download gmapsupp.img.zip, unzip it and put the gmapsupp.img file in the Garmin folder of your SD card. Once that's done, put the SD card in your GPS unit and turn it on. You should be able to turn on the OSM map from the configuration menu of your GPS unit.
